What’s new

Location history
- Admins can now filter location history by specific start and end times within a day, making it easier to confirm a user's location during a specific time window.
AI Digests
- The maximum number of email recipients per AI Digest has been increased from 5 to 20.
General improvements
- Google SSO is now available for partner consoles.
- Admins can now configure a setting to automatically reduce in-app alert volume when a wired headset is connected (Android).
- The audio delivery delay setting now supports finer 0.25-second increments between 0.5s and 5s.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where user fields could not be updated after cloning a user.
- Fixed an issue where changing a user's template via CSV upload did not remove channels from the previous template.

Message Vault
- Admins can now configure how long Message Vault retains data. Available retention periods are 30, 60, or 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
General improvements
- Self-serve subscription cancellations now take effect at the end of the current billing term. Subscribers retain full access until the cancellation date and can reverse the cancellation at any time before it takes effect.
- Admins can now enable automatic Bluetooth PTT button mapping for iOS devices.
- The channel advanced settings popup no longer requires scrolling to access all options.

- Fixed an issue where template assignments were reset during CSV import.
- Fixed an issue where channel usernames with leading or trailing whitespace were not trimmed during CSV import.
- Fixed an issue where the audit log did not record sign-on events.

Message Vault
- Message Vault can now be disabled directly from settings.
Automatic volume increase
- The automatic volume increase feature has been enhanced with additional configuration options. You can now choose when the volume increase is applied: Always, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes.
- The default setting has been updated to 10 minutes.
General improvements
- Updated the text shown when selecting Add Message Vault from the history screen.
- To reduce confusion, the options to add Ella to dynamic and dispatch channels have been removed. This change does not affect functionality, as Ella did not operate in those channels.
- Wording for several Gateway Alarm settings has been updated to better reflect how the feature behaves.

- Successfully completing a channel import now displays a confirmation screen indicating the import was successful, instead of a blank screen.
