General improvements

- Fixed an issue where the channel filter dropdown on the Users tab did not load the full list of channels.
- Fixed an issue where users were not redirected correctly after Single Logout (SLO) in the v3 console.

v7.20.0
What’s new
This update adds an upload cap to Ella’s knowledge base and includes fixes across subscription management, admin settings, and the invite email flow.
General improvements
- Knowledge Bases are now subject to a 100-file cap per network. Admins who exceed it will see an error when uploading additional files.
- Removing a Crosslink user from a channel’s user list in the management console now takes effect on mobile clients immediately. Previously, an additional channel-role edit was required.

- Fixed an issue where admins were unable to enable Message Vault from settings.

v7.18.0
What’s new

- Sub-administrator roles are now enforced more consistently throughout the management console, including for data export and AI Digest management.
Bug fixes

- Fixed an issue where an in-console announcement overlay could block clicks on the left navigation bar.

This update introduces a public beta of AI Message Search for eligible Plus networks, adds Google SSO hosted-mode support, and extends the “Automatically activate a contact” setting to Dispatch Hub. It also includes security improvements, updates to help-link destinations, and bug fixes.
Feature updates
AI Message Search (beta)
AI Message Search turns Message Vault into an operational intelligence tool. Ask plain-language questions about your communications and get direct, synthesized answers in seconds. Every answer cites the supporting messages inline, so you can trace it back to the source. Now in public beta for Plus networks with Message Vault enabled, free to try for a limited time. See our support article for details on how it works and how to get started.
General improvements
- Added hosted-mode support for Google SSO, so networks signing in with Google can be validated against a specific Google Workspace domain.
- The “Automatically activate a contact” client setting is now available for Dispatch Hub. When enabled, Dispatch Hub automatically opens a contact's talk screen on incoming messages, making it easier to reply using keyboard shortcuts.
- Removed the “Use PTT Framework in the foreground” iOS setting from the console. The general “Enable PTT Framework” setting is unchanged, and the PTT Framework is enabled automatically on iOS 26 and later.
