Updated management console design

  • The updated management console interface, featuring a modernized side navigation and refreshed layout, is now available for all paid networks.

End Open Mic

A new End Open Mic setting is now available, replacing three separate beta settings with a single control to automatically end unintended transmissions from accessories.

  • Four detection levels to choose from: Aggressive, Standard, Relaxed, or Not Applied.
  • Existing configurations migrated automatically.

User templates

  • Secondary administrators with full management console access can now change their own user template. A confirmation warning is shown if the change would reduce the administrator’s console access.

General improvements

  • New networks created by international administrators are now more reliably assigned to the closest available server region.
  • User import now displays specific error details instead of a generic error message, making it easier to identify and resolve issues.
  • Message Recovery is now enabled by default for all new trial networks.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where channel roles were not updated after a CSV import with overwrite enabled, which could cause users to lose their assigned permissions.
  • Fixed an issue where secondary administrators with tags could not see tag assignments on user and channel profiles.

AI Message Search (beta)

AI Message Search is now in beta. Instead of filtering Message Vault by date, sender, or channel, ask a question in plain language and get an answer in seconds, with supporting messages cited inline. Try questions like "What safety issues came up this week?" or "Has anyone reported problems with the POS system?"

  • Plus-tier customers who want to try AI Message Search during the beta can contact us at [email protected] to get the feature enabled.
  • New trial networks now have AI Message Search automatically enabled, so admins on trial networks can try it out from day one.

QR Assist

  • QR Assist now includes customer assistance audio in French, joining English and Spanish as supported languages.

Security improvements

  • The management console is now even more secure. Users are more strictly limited in what they can view and modify based on their assigned role, with additional safeguards to prevent unauthorized actions.

  • Fixed an issue where secondary administrators saw an error screen with duplicated banners upon logging in.
  • Timestamps on exported messages now display correctly across daylight saving time changes.
  • Fixed an issue on mobile web where subscription changes were not reflected until the page was manually refreshed, and a brief "Failed" error message appeared during successful updates.
  • Resolved an issue where custom pricing and discounts applied to subscriptions were not correctly reflected in the management console.

  • Self-serve subscription cancellations now take effect at the end of the current billing term. Subscribers retain full access until the cancellation date and can reverse the cancellation at any time before it takes effect.
  • Admins can now enable automatic Bluetooth PTT button mapping for iOS devices.
  • The channel advanced settings popup no longer requires scrolling to access all options.

  • The default setting has been updated to 10 minutes.

General improvements

  • Updated the text shown when selecting Add Message Vault from the history screen.
  • To reduce confusion, the options to add Ella to dynamic and dispatch channels have been removed. This change does not affect functionality, as Ella did not operate in those channels.
  • Wording for several Gateway Alarm settings has been updated to better reflect how the feature behaves.
